The practice of throwing shoes (or boots) in the air to wrap around a utility line (power, phone, cable, etc) has been described as everything from “angels feet” marking the death of a gang member to just another prank by drunken students” and nicknamed ShoeFiti.

Graphic Design:

The Brian Gryphon Shop began offering shirts with over-sized images- both photography and graphic design. It then became the location of my PM and HT Series of digital art representing my headspace undergoing hypnosis and therapy over blocked memories. It also has my Pride Angel image; the basis of my Rubber Chicken Ministries logotype.

The Gryphon is home to Queer pride and Progressive economic/political issue text-based designs, with more than a little snark.

The Official Romanovsky & Phillips Merch Shop contains images and lyrics from the ground-breaking gay folk duo. Operated under license; I also maintain the Official R&P Facebook Page.

Pink Triangle Day is an unofficial Canadian Queer Holiday, celebrated on February 14th since 1980. In July 1979 delegates at the annual meeting of Canadian Lesbian & Gay Rights Coalition proclaimed it “to challenge what Christopher Isherwood has called the ‘heterosexual dictatorship’ by affirming for ourselves and for the world, the existence, the strength, and the beauty of gay love.”

Rubber Chicken Ministries: Because No One Is Getting Out Alive. RCM is a queer spiritual humanist ministry offering rituals to mark births, deaths, relationships (including marriage); any event you consider important.
